Time for another big link post to the 1,000 Vegan Recipes blog project. What you see above is what I made for Thanksgiving. Pasty-Wrapped Portobellos with Madeira Sauce and Sweet Potato and Apple Gratin. There was another Chocolate Mousse Cake involved and also a pumpkin cheesecake, about which I'll blog separately.
